About Subscription
How to subscribe to the ISEE streaming service?
If you wish to renew the Android Platform cloud service, you can do so through the KEX App (Mobile or Tablet version) by subscribing to the service now.
Step 1:
Enter the KEX App (Mobile or Tablet version), click "🔗" or "Connect", then scan the QR code on the TV. After connecting the phone to the karaoke system, click on "System Settings," and then click on "Manage Subscription Status" to access the online subscription system.
Step 2:
Once you are in the online subscription system, please register an account. After registration, the system will automatically recognize the Karaoke Machine's Serial Number. Next, choose the appropriate subscription plan, and the system will redirect you to the payment page.
Step 3:
Select the preferred payment method, such as credit card or Apple Pay. After successful payment, you will be redirected back to the KEX App.
Step 4:
After successful payment, please restart the Karaoke Machine. Once it's restarted, you can use the cloud update service.
Unable to find "Manage Subscription Status" or access the online subscription system?
You can directly click on https://app.kexkaraoke.com/ to access the subscription system.
The system cannot automatically recognize the ISEE Essential's Serial Number?
You can enter it manually. The Karaoke Machine's Serial Number can be found in the KEX App (Mobile or Tablet version) under "System Settings."
Alternatively, when you connect ISEE Essential to the TV and turn on the karaoke machine, the third line in the upper left corner of the TV will display the Serial Number.
How to cancel my ISEE subscription?
Step 1:
Enter the KEX App (Mobile or Tablet version), click "🔗" or "Connect", then scan the QR code on the TV. After connecting the phone to the karaoke system, click on "System Settings".
Step 2:
Click on "Manage Subscription Status" to access the online subscription system. Log in, and within the subscription management, click on "Cancel Subscription."
How to have Remote Technical Support via Quick Support
Should you still have any issues with your ISEE Karaoke, please contact us and make an appointment for remote technical support on Quick Support. To start with, switch on your Wireless Remote and ISEE Karaoke, Press the “Home” button on the remote and exit from the “ISEE Karaoke” application. Now return to the Android Default home page and open the “Quick Support” application. Then, look for your Device ID and inform us your ID. We will remotely access your device and provide instant Technical Support.

How can I find my ISEE Essential’s serial number?
To find the serial number of your ISEE Essential karaoke machine, you can use the following methods:
1. KEX App (Mobile or Tablet version):
- Open the KEX App on your mobile or tablet device.
- Click on the "🔗" or "Connect" button.
- Scan the QR code displayed on your TV screen.
- In the KEX App, navigate to "System Settings" where you can find the Karaoke Machine's Serial Number.
2. TV Display:
- Connect your ISEE Essential to the TV and turn on the karaoke machine.
- Look for the third line in the upper left corner of the TV screen. The Serial Number should be displayed there.
3. Physical Sticker:
- Check behind the ISEE Essential box.
- Look for a serial number sticker located under the RCA input port.
How to connect my ISEE Essential to Wifi?
Step 1: Power On and Connect to TV/Projector
Assemble the 12V/3A AC adapter, and plug it into the AC Power Port and power socket respectively. Connect the HDMI cable to ISEE Essential, and connect the other end of the HDMI cable to your TV’s HDMI port. Boot up the ISEE Essential now by pressing the On/Off button at the front panel. After that, you’ll be presented with the Autoplay scene on the TV.
Step 2: Connect Remote Control
Insert batteries for the Wireless Remote, then press the setting button “⚙ ” for 5 seconds. You’ll be presented with the setting page on the TV.
Step 3: Wi-Fi Setup
Use the remote control to select “Wireless Network”. Select your Wi-Fi Network, enter the password and select the “Connect” button.
Make sure the status of your Wi-Fi Network is “Connected”, before selecting “Finished” to complete the system setting. Your device is now connected to the internet.
If the status shows “Saved”, please re-enter the password.
How to change my system setting?
Step 1:
Enter the KEX App (Mobile or Tablet version), click "🔗" or "Connect", then scan the QR code on the TV. After connecting the phone to the karaoke system, click on "Advanced Settings"

How to connect my mobile/tablet to ISEE Essential?
Please connect ISEE Essential to Wifi. Upon successful connection to the internet, you’ll be re-entering the Autoplay scene, with the QR-Code shown on the middle right of the TV screen.
Step 1: Download KEX Karaoke App
Please search and download "KEX Karaoke" in the App Store (for iPhone/iPad) or Google Play Store(for Android Mobile/ Android Tablet).
To start linking your smart device to your TV, make sure your device is connected to the same internet network as the ISEE Essential. Please note that you will need to download the “KEX Karaoke” app for Mobile / Tablet Users, before linking up with your devices.
Step 2:
A. Linking up with Tablet
Launch the “KEX Karaoke” app, tap the “Menu” bar on the left & tap “Connect” to fill in the IP address that is shown below the QR-Code. Once you are paired, the status shown on the device will turn from “Connect” to “Connected”. You are now paired and able to control your ISEE Karaoke device with your Tablet.
B. Linking up with Mobile for Remote Control
Launch the “KEX Karaoke” app, press “🔗 ”, and Scan the QR-Code that is shown on the middle-right of the TV screen.
Once you are paired, you will see "Connected". If not, please tap the "Connect" button to check if the IP address on your device matches the IP address shown below the QR-Code.
How to change ISEE Essential Display Resolution Settings?
Step 1
Press the setting button “ ⚙” for 5 seconds on the remote control to enter the “Setting” page on the TV.
Step 2
Choose “Other Settings” from the page, then enter the password “23456” and select “Home” to exit the KEX Karaoke app, with the arrows on the Wireless Remote. You’ll now be presented with the Android Home page on the TV.
Step 3
Click the “Folder" icon on the lower right corner and select “Settings”. Select “Display”, and then choose “HDMI Output Mode”. The Settings menu displays a list of available screen resolutions, with your current resolution selected.
Step 4
Choose a new resolution setting from the menu, and then press “ ” on the Wireless Remote. The ideal setting for HDTV is 720p or 1080p with a 30/60-Hz refresh rate. Please refer to your television's user manual for the correct resolution, or try several resolution settings until you find the right one. Once it is done, reboot your device by pressing the On/Off button at the front panel.
Step 5
After booting up, your device will automatically re-enter the “KEX Karaoke” App, and you should be presented with an Autoplay scene on the TV. If not, please select the “KEX Karaoke” App (Icon in black colour) on the Android Home Page, to re-enter the application manually. Your device is now all set.

What are the terms and conditions of the Warranty?
Your ISEE Essential is covered by a 1-year warranty from the purchase date, indicated on your receipt. Please provide the purchase invoice for warranty or servicing claims. For internet orders, refer to your registered email address.
ISEE Essential warranty covers the following scenarios:
- Malfunction of internal components
- No visible physical exterior damage causing a loss of product functionality
- Failure to boot despite correct power supply
- Malfunction of Interface Ports without visible physical damage affecting interface connectivity
- Erratic behavior (e.g., repeated crashes, inability to play songs) despite correct setup
ISEE Essential is not covered by the warranty for:
- Cosmetic Damage to the exterior without affecting functionality
- Human Damage causing a loss of functionality
- Cosmetic Damage to interface ports without affecting functionality
- Standard Port Wear-and-Tear leading to loss of functionality
- Product malfunctions due to outdated software. Ensure your ISEE Essential software is up-to-date.
