This Karaoke System is very easy to use from your phone or smart devices! It has the feature to play the music video while singing so it’s not just boring words on the screen as the video is playing aswell. We had some issues connecting the app to the system but we contacted customer service and they very quickly responded and rectified the issue and now our karaoke system works perfectly! We will get a lot of use out of the system ☺️

Setting up the unit requires your involvement with the seller sending you to the proper customer service reps that helps you through a APP called WhatsAPP. If you're not interested in downloading the app to communicate it may make things a little more difficult. They had to reset the back-end data. Microphones and most of the Kareoke songs has originaly Music videos which is cool
