Within 14 days of the purchase date, customers may choose to exchange or request a refund if the product they receive has confirmed defects. Confirmed defects include:

  1. Malfunction of internal components
  2. No visible physical exterior damage on the packaging box causing a loss of product functionality
  3. Failure to boot despite correct power supply
  4. Malfunction of Interface Ports without visible physical damage affecting interface connectivity
  5. Erratic behaviour such as repeated crashes, inability to play songs despite correct setup*

To initiate a refund or exchange due to confirmed defects, please contact sales@iseekaraoke.net in advance. Provide detailed information about the issues encountered and include photos and videos demonstrating the defects. It is essential to confirm that the product has the correct setup* before proceeding with the return or exchange process.

Upon confirmation that the return or exchange is eligible, a Prepaid Return Shipping Label will be provided. It is essential to ensure that the product is returned in its original packaging with all components included. Any signs of wear and tear may result in a partial refund or refusal of the return. Refunds for returned products will be processed through the original payment method. Please note that if the condition of the returned items is not deemed acceptable, a restocking fee and shipping fee may be applied.

*Correct setup for the ISEE Essential karaoke system:

  • Requires an HDMI display for video output and AUX/OPT ports on audio equipment for audio output.
  • Use RCA, AUX, or Optical (with adapter) for audio output to speakers.
  • To configure WiFi (requires a 2.4G wifi router) and wireless microphone settings using the remote control setup.
  • Ensure that your speaker device has an RCA or AUX-IN jack for wireless microphone sound.
  • For mobile and tablet connection, refer to the app store instructions for the minimum iOS or Android version required.
